Here, then, is my first shot at hand painting yarn.
It's the same as Lamb's Pride worsted, 85% wool and 15 % mohair, but twice the size skein (380 yds. each).
I'll be sellling this (and more) at the NYS sheep and wool fest in Rhinebeck, Oct. 20 + 21, in the Sliver Moon Farm booth.
I knit. And I cook, write, take pictures. All for one low price.

Holy crap those gorgeous ones on the bottom are gorgeous...is that really a pink, or more of a lilac shade?

Kristine,
the colors in those are officially called :Rose Pink: and :Colonial Blue: but yes the pink resembles a lilac. :)
Gee I wonder why that caught your eye?
Have a good day!!!!!!
They're absolutely beautiful, Karin!
Nice colorways. I'm partial to the middle one.
I'll have to look for the large-hank Lamb's Pride. I just took a weekend workshop in dyeing and I need to start actually doing some on my own.
Ohhh Pretty Colors! I love the ones in the middle.
Can't wait to see you at Rhinebeck. The whole family will be in tow this year. It will be my hubby's first fiber fest. Poor Guy. He has no idea what he's in for!
oh these are lovely colors! I really like the reds in the top picture, and I'm not usually a "red" person :-) will you by any chance be at Stitches West next year? It's sort of in my backyard.
